What your patient will receive:
- Obligation free 60 minute consultation. Your patient will receive a thorough examination to assess if they are a suitable candidate for a mandibular advancement splint. Should your patient chose to go ahead with a MAS, all necessary measurements can be taken to commence fabrication.
- Total investment for a MAS from $1790 including 1) fitting appointment, 2) review appointment 3) six months of unscheduled adjustment appointments if required 4) six month review.

If the patient is uncomfortable with a certain style of MAS after 90 days we will either:
o Construct a new MAS of a different design at no charge and allow another 90 days to accommodate to the new design.
o Reimburse all out of pocket costs less $99. Thus effectively, the small financial risk to “trial” a custom made definitive MAS is $99.
